Your New Patient Visit
Welcome to your home for comprehensive, total dental care. Dr. Shariff and our team will help you achieve then maintain a strong, beautiful smile for the rest of your life. Every member of our team is committed to listening to your concerns and serving you with individualized care to meet your unique needs.
Your new patient visit will take about an hour and a half. Dr. Shariff will thoroughly examine every tooth in your mouth, your gums, and your bite. He will also ask you about your goals, expectations, and concerns. Here's what we'll do:
- Review your forms (see below to download and complete at home)
- Take all necessary X-rays and photographs
- Periodontal assessment and charting
- Inspection of every tooth
- DIAGNOdent cavity scan
- Impressions (if required)
- Show you CAESY videos
After your examination, Dr. Shariff will review his findings and diagnosis with you, present options for your treatment, and answer all of your questions. With monitors in the treatment rooms, Dr. Shariff can display your X-rays and clinical photos so that you can see your condition and better comprehend his suggestions. We want you to feel empowered with information so that you willl make wise decisions for your oral health care.
Our insurance and financing specialist will discuss scheduling and financial considerations with you. She will answer your questions and help you find financing to afford the dental work you want.
